This puppy is Guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases. A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy by ______72 hours _______. If this puppy has not been examined by this date, this guarantee is Null and Void. So long as the purchaser has followed through with timely and proper immunizations, rabies and worming, Has kept all records of this, Has Not abused this baby, We offer a ONE YEAR GUARANTEE. A veterinary finding of any intestinal or external parasites shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase. Ear infections, Umbilical hernia, EarMites, Worms, or Coccidia, are not serious health problems if treated and are not covered by this guarantee. Hypoglycemia is a serious health problem but is excluded from this guarantee as this is generally caused by too much activity and/or too little food and is within your control. There are environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid disfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee. This puppy is not guaranteed to be show quality, have descending testicles in males, or be breedable, and we don't guarantee the color or size as an adult. We guarantee the puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital defects for one year from the date of birth. Should there be a problem, Puppy Place veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be exchanged for the original puppy, along with registration and medical records. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. Puppy Place  offer replacement puppy only. Puppy Place must be notified at once of the onset of the problem, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is proven to have a congenital defect within one year and is returned to the breeder, Big Daddy Bulldog's will replace the pup. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by Puppy Place . No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeders permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed by both parties. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be of the same exact parents of the original puppy. We do guarantee that your puppy has been loved and cherished for its short term stay with us here at Puppy Place , and hope that you as the purchaser will love and cherish him or her for many years to come.
